The company of Pernat Emile is certified ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 for both production plants. This compliance with quality standards implicates a thorough surveillance of our suppliers and subcontracting partners by us.

Preserving the Environment

Our headquarters in Marignier are certified ISO 14001, in addition.

We dispose of a filtration and recycling center for the cutting oil. The swarf is transported to the recycling center by a harpoon system (endless screw principal) where the mixture out of swarf and oil is filtrated. The production machines are respectively linked to it.

In addition, the oil steams coming from the production machines get absorbed and treated. This leads to a distinct improvement of the working conditions for the operators and to a reduction of the pollution.
