PERDEM puts its experience at your disposal in any screw-cutting area which is not the automotive sector. PERDEM makes part of Pernat INDUSTRIE which is a group as it includes also Pernat Emile (2 production plants). Both are family-run companies.

  • aeronautics: tooling (nuts, pinions, rings, plies, bodies, bushes / sockets, nipples / plug ends, connecting rods, …); Perdem has been accredited concerning the steering wheel in May 2010.
  • agriculture : parts for gearboxes in tractors (operating / manipulation shaft, assembled pistons, toothed nuts, bearings of operating levers / manipulation levers, rings for insertion, ...), parts for the motorization and transmission of lawn mowers (endless screw, toothed wheel, pulleys, pulley barrels / sleeves, rollers, wheel shafts, ...), etc.
  • medical sector: parts combining medical laboratory tools with hospital equipments (motor holder, flange, bearing shaft, hinge pins / pintles, pistons, special screws, …)
  • railroad industry: parts for signalization systems (cam shafts, (connecting) rods, pivots, racks, cams, adjustment screws, …)
  • automotive equipment: lifting pistons for lorry cabs, parts for lifting systems on car roofs and on hoods / shields, etc.
  • hydraulics: power machine bottom, valve corps, valve plug end / valve nipple, pistons, plugs, …
  • postal sector: elements for automated sorting machines and for picture treatment(, roller support, tightening cone, pulleys, shafts / bolts/ axes/ axles, spacers),...

33 % of their turnover are exports.

PERDEM can produce in small, medium and large production batches. Even assemblies can be realized.

PERDEM are situated in Cluses in High Savoy (administrative district in France). They machine :

  • large production batches on multispindles
  • medium-sized production batches with numerically controlled and traditional lathes
  • small production batches from slugs and bars
  • complementary and specific machining
  • assembly of sub-units / sub-assemblies and treatments.
