The company Pernat Emile has been passed on from father to son since its foundation for already two generations now. A real passion for the screw-cutting industry has transformed the the small workshop of its early days to a first-ranking company in its business field.

• 1925: Creation of the company by Emile Pernat in Blanzy (municipal district of Marnaz)
• 1972: Creation of the plant of Marnaz (former headquarters)
• 1992: Creation of the plant of Marvex in Scionzier
• 1998: Buy-out of the plant of Perrier (current plant of Marignier)
• 2006: Enlargement of the plant of Marignier by integrating the site of Scionzier
• 2009: The plant of Marignier becomes the headquarters

Roger Pernat : a Pioneer in the Screw-cutting Business
Roger Pernat, the son of the founder Emile Pernat, is the current CEO of the company. He was educated in a "Ecole de commerce" (editor's note: These are educational institutions in France having a social value comparable to the Ivy League in the USA) and started working actively in his father's company in 1970.

Roger Pernat is a real workaholic for the well-being of his company and is both, business man and financial specialist. He counters any challenge upcoming in the daily business life and is also named "a problem solver": There is one specific part missing in order to realize your project?
